Brand Identity, 2023

Creative Brief
Design a T-Shirt for the Yahoo 2024 Interns (and beyond) with an evergreen design that represents the brand as a fun and creative place to work.

I designed a T-shirt based on the concept of building blocks and puzzles. The Yahoo Internship Program is an opportunity for students to grow and build up their career. I chose simplistic shapes that come together like a puzzle with the Yahoo block in the middle. The swiggle lines coming through the blocks also add to idea of growth and how the program will help you continue to dive into your career path. The second delivered design has a paper airplane to represent journey and a new opportunity and adventure that students can encounter through the Internship Program.

I conceptualized ideas for the recruiting shirts and develops iterations that align with Yahoo and the Internship Program. I thought about the ideas of opportunity, career, building blocks, summer, journey and other concepts that come up when thinking about an Internship Program. I also considered creating designs that are more aligned with the brand and is more of a simple approach to give clients a variety of options for the shirt design. I finalized the 2 chosen designs for delivery for the client.
